I have been working as a contract programmer since 1986. I started with dBaseIII+ and have written apps in FoxBase, FoxPro/DOS, FoxPro/Windows and Visual Foxpro v5 throgh v7. I'm thinking it might be time for a little training, spcifically in the areas of integrating VFP with MS Office and the Web.

Any suggestions?
