Yes I met one - Uwe Habermann from Berlin - VFX Product manager. He know exactly what he like and how like to be done. It is pleasure to work with him.
In general I am agree with you. But I think that this is our fault, because trying to attract customer we do not inform him how much will cost him every change, when project start.
