It is a trademark infringment case. Are you saying that MS does not have the right to protect its Windows Trademark?

Ask yourself why the linux vendor decided to name their software "Lindows".

Not that I am rendering a judgment on this case - but ask yourself whether it is right for other companies to engnage in unfair competition against MS.
