Do they speak english in these shops - if so - I feel the need to expatriate.

25/Hr is good in India - I mean - thats real money! We don't see that stuff in the US. But: Aren't most of the jobs back end (ISP) support or call room support jobs - or - are they building software I can find on the shelf at "Best Buy" or "EggHead".
