Thanks for the reply. I've tried the suggestion but whenever I change the field over from referencing a general field to a character field I get a report error. "Field Must be a General Field"

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?


I really appreciate you taking the time to help with this. BTW, I'm using Visual Foxpro 8.
