Typically, yes, and I did just in case (I just put the stripped down code on the UT for lurkers that functioned as I needed it to-I actually had an additional couple of lines I added also). However, the valid will work with/without the DODEFAULT() unless there is code in the parent class that needs to run. I don't have any default code (other than what I entered in the valid) that needs to process. Good practice is to include it though, you are right, so I did. I probably should have included all the code for lurkers!
