Scrollable and SDI forms are exactly the same. You'll see the exact same behavior, I'll bet, in an SDI form. These forms have a different internal structure, but are derivived from exactly the same class as a normal non-scrollable in-screen form. This structure is required by the Windows messages that have to be processed for them.
