>I got an e-mail yesterday from a head hunter. I usally don't respond to these but I figured I would take a look. I replied and the guy ask me to forward a copy of my resume and he would call me at home. I'm just wondering if I should remove any information from it. How do you know it's really a head hunter and not someone trying to get my idenitity? I mean my resume contains my name, address, phone, work history or am I just being paranoid. The e-mail came from Paradigm Personnel Solutions, Inc and a domain of par-sol.com but when I go to that web there is no web page to speak of.

If you are really paranoid, check the WHOIS records of the website. You could also check the mail server entries in the DNS records to see where the mail you send actualy goes. Its a simple process for the paranoids.
