Sometimes I take note of the language I hear or think in when I'm asleep. That would be called "language of my dreams", but the name would probably have wrong sound to it.
Amazingly, though, it's not the same language all the time. I remember speaking Hungarian in a dream before I actually started learning it. Recently, it's English most of the time.
When I'm writing some utility routine for myself, I usually write comments in Serbian. Yesterday, I noticed I wrote one in English (and the prg is based on an old one I wrote back home, so the first fifty lines and most of the variable names are in Serbian), and just checked the other comments I made recently in the same prg - and found that most of them were in English.
