Has anyone experienced problems with an Application running on Windows XP when the same Application runs without any problems on Windows 98?

The WIN-XP has a 2.0 GHZ processor while the WIN-98 one is 450 MHz.

The problem occurs periodically when writing data to multiple tables. Specifically it writes data to table B that should go to Table A.

Table A fields do not match Table B fields except in size and type (ie, Names are different).

Is the speed of the WIN-XP machine a factor?

I've noted several occurences of similar errors on the XP machine but can't duplicate the problem on the 98.
