Hi Mobeen

I have used it for several years without any problem, but you have to be extra careful. First of all you can NEVER use standard patch cables, you must always make the cables yourself, and only connect pins 1,2,3 and 8 for your computer gear. The thing is that many hubs, switches and other peripheral equipment also have some connection fo some of the four pins which is not used in a lan configuration. This 'extra' connection will block and/or destroy your PABX.

Then you use pin 4 and 5 for your PABX connections.

By the way, I use it in a 1GB lan, so speed is not an issue here.
