You can use any CASE tool which supports VFP Database. I have done the same thing for oracle. I really have forgotten the name of that Tool. (probably Xref)
That tool supports to/from Visual Foxpro DBC conversion. I downloaded demo
copy of it from WEB.

I will get back to you with the exact detail of this tool.
