The best way is to do it through some company that knows to send those through their servers, specially if you have different cellular companies in Turkey, or if you want to send sms worldwide.
I use iTouch for my application ( www.itouchplc.com ) and they have either http or mail interface, and it works great with Visual Foxpro. I checked and i saw they work with Greece, but didn't see any representative in Turkey...
