Mike didn't post anything that offended me personally. I just think he would not be much fun to work with. His post gives the impression of that he is always right and no one else is or that no one can do it as well as him. One of his post he even said that he has a big ego. I don't really like working with people like that, doesn't lead to a team environment. So I think it would quickly become a hostile work place.
