As professionals, it our responsibilty to suggest alternatives that, in some cases, may by contrary to the prospect's expectations.

A good question to ask when meeting with a client reagarding a upgrade or replacement project:
"What you're using now seems to be working well - why do want to change?"

Man goes to doctor saying he needs a heart transplant - Doctor cures man with tablespoon of pepto-bismal.

(Whew - when did I start saying stuff like this?:-)
