I have just installed the VFP8 Installshield Express Limited Edition and want to purchase the special offer upgrade. The instructions say select Tools > Check for upgrades, which I have done, and obtain your special upgrade code.

Unfortunately, the dialog just timed out and didn't look for an upgrade.
(Yes I was connected to the internet at the time.)

Any clues?
