I have a website that I just setup. When I goto one of the pages I get the following error message. "Unable to find script /aspnet_client/system_web/1_0_3705_0/webuivalidation.js. Try placing this file manually, or reinstall by running aspnet_regiis -c"

My question is where is the aspnet_regiis program found? Do I run it from a command prompt or the command window of vs.net?
