Detailed description of the problem

The VFP 8 sp1 editor has an internal limit of 2gig when opening text files. I have been using it to open transaction files when my VFP Com objects return errors to see if the data is corrupt, missing etc.. It simply is the fastest and best editor for this.

ps. the Documentation says "unlimited"

Steps to reproduce

modify command over2gigfile.txt OR
modify file over2gigfile.txt

Observed results

VFP surfaces an error

over2gigfile.txt is to large.

Expected results

it should open the file

Additional notes and workarounds

Tried to use wordpad (slow and frankly it su***)

Please fix this please....
