What is InstallShield's issue with FOXFONT. My project has a copy of FOXFONT.FON in a subfolder. My expectation was test, at first run, for the existance of the font in the windows/font folder - and - if it was not there - "run" copy the font to the font folder and AddFontResource.

Two programs in the Program Group installed okay. The Third gave me a 1907 error at the end of install. I ignored and test some text view output, and I go the default windows font.

I looked in the font folder, and instead of the file FOXFONT.FON, there was a shortcut to it? So I deleted it, re ran a program, and it installed again, and now it works.

Why is that shortcut relacing the foxfont.fon file?

Is install shield assuming it should install a font shortcut?
