Client Server can mean several things depending upon whom you talk to. Views which define client server differ in the academic, marketing and real world. Often Client Server relates to stored procedures being run on the server to collect a desired data set and send it to the Client.

Do a search on Google using something Visual FoxPro Client Server. Here is one book:

I have a Client Server application that I did for a client, using a VFP backend. Normally I would use SQL Server.
