Yau,

Two guesses:

1. I've seen this happen when something that's supposed to be passed by reference (or value) is declared as the oposite of what it should be.

2. Try SHORT instead of INTEGER. If that doesn't work, try STRING and send either CHR(0) or CHR(1).
