When I moved some large files from my old machine (which didn't have a CD/RW) to WinXP Home I used PKZip to compress them. I don't recall going through a wizard to uncompress them on the new one. As I remember it, it simply did it. Of course, my memory isn't what it once was, so I very well could be wrong.:-)
