Its easy!

Just add a link in your external tools menu in visual studio. Point it to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\SDK\v1.1\Bin\ildasm.exe
Then add $(TargetPath) as an argument. Then it will open your assembly automatically.

Reflector is a great tool and can be added to your external tools menu the same way.
