Three ideas, but they're design changes.
1) Make Form B be modal, forcing them to close/reopen it if the filter changes.
2) Have the dataset in question as a parameterized view and requery() it with the changed parameter.
3) Look into subjects and observers in the Dev Guide, and see if that helps.
