Sorry, I need a little bit better picture. Does Form #1 have five entry blanks, or does it open five tables? Or five separate forms?

I'd suggest looking at the calling code rather than exit code, and doublecheck the parentclasses involved. I've had a nasty bite from not using the class I thought I was using.
