Hello.

I have a SQL Server 2000 database - say it's called MyBase.

I created a VFP database, a remote conection to my sql server and a couple of views to the server. Prior to that, I created a new OBDC datasource - basically, the "routine" steps were taken care of...

...but, how do I use the conection, the remote views, etc? How do I connect a certain form's fields to the SQL server database itself? Do we have to "connect" to the sql server database on every form?

These are pretty basic questions, I know, but it's the only thing that's keeping me from returning to VFP after some years off (I've been working hard with Java and also the .Net languages).

Thanks in advance for the help.

Miguel
