Hee,
VFP by default takes up a lot of memory and when u start opening other apps like Excel, Work etc, Windows is then pretty short on resources.
Suggest u minimize the usage of memory in your VFP app via
sys(3050) function. Recommend u use 1/4 or 1/3 of the default memory.
