I have a small problem. I have been asked to restore records from an external table into a database table with an INSERT trigger and long fieldnames. The INSERT trigger generates primary keys; I don't want to do this as the incoming records already have valid keys. How can I do this programmatically?? (I can do it manually by deleting the trigger, doing the APPEND, then re-adding the trigger)
