Yes, you can, but I wouldn't recommend it with two good ones already available, especially with CSLA being only the cost of the book. So while I'm not saying anyone should buy a commercial framework, I sure wouldn't spend the time building what's already available, or recommend anyone else do it. Just my opinion.
