Mark,

Just to clarify 22030 does equal 0000560E hex, but note in intel architecture, with byte and word reversal, it'll be stored 0E560000 in memory which is what the functions generate. To be sure you should send a set of known numbers into the function and then make sure the other end reading the binary file gets those numbers back out.
