Hi!
I've got this IBM WorkPad c505 almost two years ago, and I've had this problem three times now: when I first install the software in a computer, it works fine, doing the hotsync with MS-Outlook. However, after awhile, it stops working. Basically, when I press the HotSync button on the cradle, it plays the sound as if it was trying to connect, and after several seconds, it just says that the connection couldn't be established.
I've already tried removing everything, and installing back again, but none of that works.
Does anyone have a clue about it? At this point this device is completely useless for me. :-/
