On my XP (V8), SYS(2019) returns a blank. I also tried setting TMPFILES with a set command, and received some syntax errors.

TMPFILES, also, is not listed in the status report.

Hmmm.

I put a messagebox(SYS(2019)) in my main program just before the do form (and read events). It came up blank with a 0 link

The config.fpw is not compiled into my project
