I had another thought on this in addition to what I mentioned in my other response. If you really do want to print a list for someone else to translate, you can definitely do this. It would simply require entering original language text for all labels and tool tip text in your application.

Normally in MM .NET, you don't need to do this because if the end user is specified to use the "original" language in which you developed the form, then there's no translation that needs to be performed and the Language Manager doesn't even need to kick in. However, you COULD add all these labels to the MM .NET Messages table and could subsequently print its contents for translaters.
