The question was posed from the VB point of view. The concept of an APP does not exist in VB as it does in VFP. Ross was asking if he could do the same sort of thing in VB as can be - and he currently does in VFP. I told him the only thing he can do - outside of the VB dev environment - is to compile his VB program as a standalone EXE, or a COM DLL/EXE.
