I may assure you I have personal knowledge that VFP is taught in India. I know several (six) programmers from India who are H1B’s working in Silicon Valley. Three of them have been here since 1994. Three years ago people from India would come to our company and tell us they could write our VFP programs in India, for from $10 to $20 an hour. The rate was different dependant upon which group came to visit you.

There are companies I am aware of that did outsource VFP jobs to India, from Silicon Valley.

>VFP jobs couldn't be outsourced. Reasons:
>- VFP is RAD tool. People who provide this services should be on-site.
