We are using a mix of NT, Win95 and Win31 in our corporation. The IS guys have set up cntrl-alt-del to display the login screen for Windows NT system (to clarify, the workstation is Win NT logging into a Netware server). This is causing overzealous users to use cntrl-alt-del on Win95 and Win31 with terrible results. A few questions.

1) Why has this been done and what is the purpose?
2) Can Win95 be set up to reinterpret cntrl-alt-del to mimick the NT behavior.
