Thank you for your reply. I believe this is an issue related to aerror(). I have done the following simple testing:

x="x1234567890....." so x is 254 characters.
y=x1234567890..... this will yield the Error 'x1234567890.....' is not found.

However, if I isssue aerror(laerror), laerror(2) will only contain 255 characters so part of the error message is truncated.
