We are in the process of installing a new app and have encountered C5 Fatal errors. These errors do not occur during development. They occur only on certain machines running an executable. These machines all use a scanner that issues an audible confirmation by playing a wav file. Other machines that are running the same executable but do not use the scanning module do not get the C5.

On google, I found a reference to wav files contributing to the C5 problem. Can anyone confirm this and point us in the direction of a fix?
