Foxtalk.com leads to some radio; on Pinnacle's website, I couldn't find any mention of the article. There's an url here on UT/Articles, http://www.pinpub.com/FT/FTmag.nsf/0/F9FA874556FBE8768525692E007B8459 but it leads nowhere.

Now since I remember having read it, and few others here do as well, it must have existed at some point :).
