I've a program that makes a connection via the internet to a remote server (yes again). On this remote server i make a sql connection and then i can download my qrys without any problem.

Now i'm testing the following : the remote server is connected to some other servers. On one of these servers is a foxpro database. Via my sql server i have created a linked server with the second one (the one with the foxpro db). At this moment in can download information via sqlexecs form the linked server.

Everything works well except for one thing : small tables are not a problem. The problem starts (i think) when i want to download a big amount of data. Then the odbc reteurns that the driver is out or resources or an readwrapper error or connection link failier....

Is it possible to download my information in amounts of xxxx records and repeat this until a have the complete result on the client side ? Or is there another solution ?

Or is there another problem ?
