No problem John, probably I was picky. Ppl like me who are not fluent enough in daily English and from a different culture might be very thin skinned:)
It's a problem of me, I know, but hurts sometimes. I simply interpreted your sentence "If not subscribed to any magazine, do not attend to devcon then not part of the community".
