Does anyone have any idea why the current directory path would be '\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\SYSTEM\MAPI\1033' after exporting a report or what we can do to eliminate that problem.

In our application I handle this problem by saving the current drive/directory to a variable prior to our print routine. If the current drive/directory is different after printing, then I just restore the current path from the saved variable and change to it with a CD statement.

That should get you going.
