I saw an add for the Standard ProMatrix framework for $49.95. I was wondering if that was a good beginners framework or if there is another one out there that is better but about the same price.

I've been using VFP for all of our in house development. We currently don't have any third party development tools. There are only two programmers, me and my boss and we have started working on a procurement application that has become very time consuming. I was wondering if maybe the ProMatrix framework would help speed development time. We don't that many of our own classes setup other than a few custom contorls and a few enviromental custom classes. We want to incorperate error handling, form managers, etc. Do you think the ProMatrix framework could help?
