Almost the same. Both function thinks little bit of different about which is the allowed grounding grade.

f.ex.

VFP ROUND(NN.123,-1) rounding is done to the nearest ten
F1 nround(NN.123,10,0) with this function you grade is too big and shoud be nround(NN.123,5,0)
F2 nround(NN.123,10,0) rounding is done to the nearest ten


I think yours code is much better. Anyhow the first one was a QD (quick and dirty) code to be a base of the possible solution. Excellent you find such a clever piece of solution. Thanks.
