I have VFP 7.0, but 7.0v hav't setup wizard (or I don't known how use it).

VFP 7.0 doesn't use the setup wizard. It uses a cut down version of InstallShield.

In VFP 7.0, you can look at the solution samples by typing this:

DO (HOME(2) + 'solution\solution')

in the command window. Under the automation node, select 'Refresh a graph in a form'. The sample should give you what you need.
