Thanks for you response, but this is a simple project with the below structure.

\Projects    
     MySystem
          MyWebAppSolution 
               MyWebApp    

The solution is in the MyWebAppSolution folder and the application is in the MyWebApp folder. I then select "Add Solution to Source Control" from VS, add the MySystem folder under the Project folder in VSS and let VSS load the files and I get the below structure:

$/Projects
     MySystem
          MyWebAppSolution
               MyWebAppSolution
               MyWebApp

What am I doing wrong???
