Your web app is probably trying to access some files/folders where it does not have the rights to do it. ASPNET_WP.EXE is the name of the "working process" executable that ASP.NET apps use.

You will probably need to grant access to the user IUSR_machinename user to the folder/files that the third party tool is trying to access.
