I can't recommend a specific product, but:
I believe that some operating systems already have the servers built-in; especially Linux.
You can get many free programs, if you search at
www.download.com and
www.tucows.com.
www.download.com seems easier to search.
www.emailadresses.com lists several free, and paid, e-mail adresses; some other services are listed, too, so perhaps you find something useful there.
