>>I need to create an application that would run in both WIN95 and WFW311 environments. I am under the impression that VFP5 can only create programs that run under WIN95, therefore I have been using VFP3 to develop the app. Could I develop in VFP5 and create and app that runs under WFW311? What benefits does VP5 provide over VFP3?

9. It's just a heck of a lot easier to use! I programmed a few things in VFP5 then had to go back to VFP3 for a client who needs 3.11 access, and it was like going back to Windows 3.11 after being in Windows '95 for a year.

10. The debugger exists in an environment outside of VFP5 (it has its own session). It also will tell you the values of memory variables as you run your cursor over them, PLUS it has several more windows (trace, watch, etc.).

11. Things like different coloring for commands vs. variables, a feature that allows you to indent several lines at a time by clicking and dragging over the text and hitting the tab button, and being able to change several objects' properties at once, and going back to the edit mode of a form that was just fired with the exclamation point are only a few of the benefits. . .
