Well perhaps you have an advantage being in the US working with Bloomberg. My experience of trying to get them to do anything in London was that they were anything but helpful, taking weeks and weeks to get things done. They were also incredibly pedantic, but then I was trying to contribute data back to them. Reuters on the other hand fell over themselves to help. The only thing BB had in their favour was a great cafe and a lovely fish tank in their foyer...
